This project is a complete renovation of an existing detached house on a large plot in Surrey. By gutting the interior and adding a large extension, the house was transformed to create a single minimalist space at ground level leading to a swimming pool overlooking the garden.

An internal L-shaped wall gives order to the house and contains a fireplace on the internal corner while supporting a cantilevered stairs on the exterior. Materials are of high quality and every junction is considered. The renovated house resulted in a completely different spatial form also making a real change in lifestyle for the occupant.
