The proposal is for a single dwelling and 2 apartments on a restricted backland site in Denmark Hill.

The proposal takes the restrictions imposed and uses them to create an introverted building with a small courtyard at its core providing a well lit interior despite its outward appearance. the materials are durable and the form of the building is informed by its irregular shaped site as well as the associated overlooking issues.
