Set within a mid century block in Bloomsbury, this project is a renovation of a tired 2 bed flat.

The brief was to provide a contemporary apartment. The work included stripping away all of the accumulated finishes to reveal concrete shell. Reconfiguration was necessary to update the layout to group services. To compliment the exposed concrete structure, finishes were carefully selected resulting in a calm, modernist interior masking the smart technology.
