The house is in Mapesbury conservation area in Willesden Green. It is a prime example of an Edwardian house built between 1895-1905.

Our proposal is to maximise current internal space through the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the lower ground and ground levels. A small scale extension to the side of the ground floor will provide additional living space and increase light levels.
