This is a Victorian coach house that has been converted to an office and more recently to a dwelling.

The narrow plan required an inspired spatial solution to relate to its use. The introduction of a top lit dormer, reversal of the staircase and structural glass flooring to maximise light creates a flowing interior that is unique and appropriate. Material are robust and overall the space creates a look that is contemporary yet sympathetic to its original use.
