CIAN’s on Bridge Street

This is a small family run contemporary restaurant in the west coast of Ireland run by chef Cian Hayes and his team. It is set within an 18th century corner building in the town centre. The restaurant is on 2 floors with a small shop front on the ground floor and the upper floor corner room capturing natural light from different directions. It has a strong monochrome look with original timber floors and timber panelling. The fixtures are vintage light fittings and mid-century furniture. Paintings by Grainne O’Reilly provide a colourful backdrop.
