Charlton Place

This is a Grade 2 listed Victorian house in the Duncan Terrace/ Colebrooke Row conservation area. The Charlton Place was built by James Taylor in the late 18th century.

The interior of the house has been the subject of significant refurbishment over a period of time. Our work included a total re-imagining of the lower ground  and ground floor with a new kitchen and dining area,  mixing period drama with mid century madness. The renovation required a good understanding of the building type and a careful, sensitive building process.
