The Spread Eagle is a grade II listed building in West Greenwich Conservation area. Al Pancino occupies the corner building at The Spread Eagle in Nevada Street.

The design brief is to have an Italian flavour with high seating on the ground floor and lounge seating on the first floor. The brief also included bespoke furniture and a new logo in the branding of the coffee shop.

We took inspiration from the natural light which floods the shop and created a light study with different shades of paint colours. The outcome is a colourful, quirky, cool and unique design element with a strong visual presence. The finishes are durable, bright, happy and inviting with original Ercol chairs and tables mixed with laminate & ply tables and counters.
