Work has started this week on a new build zinc clad house on a backland site in Hackney. The house is partially sunken and enclosed by neighbouring gardens.
We have just completed a collaborative build of extension and renovation of a 1960’s modernist house in Highbury. The materials are a continuation of the original brick and stained larch with the addition of a green roof. The result is a crisp, modern, light space.
Planning has been granted to a large lower ground flat for a complete renovation, reconfiguration and a garden extension. This is a red brick semi-detached house within the Maida Vale Conservation Area. Our proposal includes a modern extension taking advantage of the unusually large garden.
