Rochester Road planning consent
Rochester Road is a large Victorian house built circa 1840’s in Rochester conservation area.
Our proposal is a two storey rear extension part solid part transparent to create a new kitchen on the ground floor and open up the lower ground spaces to the garden.
The project is due to start in May 2024.
