This is a grade II listed Georgian terrace house complete with a basement and slate butterfly roof in Molyroux Street conservation area in Marylebone. The house was built in the 19th century and was untouched since 1950’s. The original interior of the house is in poor condition with the majority of the original features in despair.

Our design proposal aims to reinstate original features whilst improving its usability as a family home.
