This is a Grade II listed building situated within the Albert Triangle which forms part of the West Square Conservation Area.

The house has been saved from dilapidation and transformed into a family home. Apart from the new kitchen and bathroom joinery, most of the original features of the house including existing doors, windows and joinery were stripped back and preserved. A rear closet extension over three storeys provides additional service space for the house and a roof extension provides a new master bedroom with an en-suite.
