Planning has been granted to a large lower ground flat for a complete renovation, reconfiguration and a garden extension. This is a red brick semi-detached house within the Maida Vale Conservation Area. Our proposal includes a modern extension taking advantage of the unusually large garden.

We are delighted to have planning consent for a swimming pool in the gardens of a 400 year old building formerly part of Bellapais Abbey. The historic listed buildings will be sympathetically refurbished to create a family home.

This is a renovation of a grade 2 listed terraced house in Kentish Town. The design suspends a brick outrigger above a lightweight glass L shaped insertion. The effect funnels light between narrow Victorian yards.
