This interesting project in a grade 2 listed house with an existing roof extension that belong to neighbouring building with no access from this house. The insertion of a new staircase brings the house together and creates space for the extended family.
Belsize Road is a three storey semi-detached Victorian house in South Hampstead conservation area. The house has been untouched on the ground and the lower grounds floors with all its original historical fabric and finishes intact. Our proposal is to renovate and extend to the rear garden through the addition of a single storey structure.
We are delighted to complete this mews house for a lovely family. We have delivered a minimal interior with carefully selected palette of finishes and lots of natural light to create a sustainable future proof house.
