Planning consent Shouldham Street

We have planning permission for this Grade II listed Georgian terrace house in Marylebone. The house was built in the 19th century and has been untouched since the 1950’s. We are looking forward to starting work in early May 2018.

Planning consent Highgate West Hill

We are delighted to have planning consent to a two storey arts & craft style house in the Holly Lodge Estate, North London. Our proposal is a complete renovation with rear and side extension including two dormers. The project will be on site in the new year.

Completion Charlton Place

We have completed a grade 2 listed house renovation in Islington. The works include a total re-imagining of the lower ground and ground floor with new kitchen, living room and bathroom mixing period drama with mid century madness.

This is a grade 2 listed terrace house in Kelly street conservation area in Camden. Planning has been granted for a complete renovation and a rear extension. We look forward to starting work in the new year.

Planning consent Belsize Road

This is a fine three storey semi-detached Victorian terrace house in South Hampstead conservation area. The house has been untouched with all its original historical fabric and finishes intact. Our proposal is to renovate and extend to the rear of the garden.

Twickenham Road Garden Studio on site

This is a renovation of an existing garage into a garden studio in the rear garden of large Victorian house. The project is due to complete in August 2017.
