Rochester Road planning consent

Rochester Road is a large Victorian house built circa 1840’s in Rochester conservation area. Our proposal is a two storey rear extension part solid part transparent to create a new kitchen on the ground floor and open up the lower ground spaces to the garden. The project is due to start in May 2024.

Provost Road listed building planning consent

This is a beautiful grade 2 listed house in Eton conservation area in Camden. The work involves works to conserve the existing building fabric including render, windows, doors, existing dormers and the addition of a rear extension. We look forward to taking this project to site in January as our first building work of 2024.

Romney Court on site

Romney Court is an exemplar 1960’s modernist block of flats in Belsize Park. We are conserving and renovating the exterior facades and internal common areas.

Albert Street on site

This interesting project in a grade 2 listed house with an existing roof extension that belong to neighbouring building with no access from this house. The insertion of a new staircase brings the house together and creates space for the extended family.

Belsize Road planning consent

Belsize Road is a three storey semi-detached Victorian house in South Hampstead conservation area. The house has been untouched on the ground and the lower grounds floors with all its original historical fabric and finishes intact. Our proposal is to renovate and extend to the rear garden through the addition of a single storey structure.

Randolph Mews completion
