A beautiful Arts & Crafts house in Hampstead Garden suburb is going under internal renovation. The project is due to complete in October 2020.

Healey Street on site

We are happy to have our Healey Street project starting on site. This is a handsome Victorian terrace house in Kentish Town. Our proposal is a complete interior renovation with a roof extension. The project is due to complete in early December 2020.

Greenlink Walk planning consent

This is a large four storey detached house in Kew, Richmond. Planning has been granted for a part 2 storey part single rear extension.

House in Hackney under construction

Work has started this week on a new build zinc clad house on a backland site in Hackney. The house is partially sunken and enclosed by neighbouring gardens.

Canonbury Park North planning consent

We have listed building consent and planning approval for the renovation of a grade II listed house in the Canonbury Conservation area in Islington.

Completion Hamilton Park West

We have just completed a collaborative build of extension and renovation of a 1960’s modernist house in Highbury. The materials are a continuation of the original brick and stained larch with the addition of a green roof. The result is a crisp, modern, light space.
