Orme Square listed building planning consent

This is a grade II listed large house set within Bayswater Conservation area. Our proposal is to renovate and extend the house. The work will include connecting two courtyard gardens by the position of the extension. Internal renovations will improve connections within the house.

Completion Healey Street

Our Healey Street house renovation is complete. Our clients move back home to a remodelled but a familiar place with new floor revealing elevated views across Kentish Town rooftops and fresh new walls to rehang their African art collection.

Poynton Road on site

Demolition has started on our Poynton Road project for the construction of two new built houses.

We are very happy to get planning to bring new life into this little mews house from 1950’s in Maida Vale Conservation Area. The work is due to start early 2021.  

Fontenoy Road planning consent

We obtained planning consent for one of our lockdown projects to extend a home at lower ground floor towards the garden for more light and more views. We look forward to starting the work in the new year.

This is a large red brick Victorian | Edwardian semi detached house in Mapesbury Conservation area. Our proposal brings the house back to a single family dwelling. The design includes a complete internal and external renovation with a loft and rear garden extension.
